Is it normal for the be quiet dark rock pro 4 fans to be so loose

Hey guys I'm currently building new pc and I'm having troubles with the dark rock pro 4. The fan mounting seems to be very loose and I think that the fan will move around when it hits some speed. Does anyone know what I did wrong or is it okay for them to be so loose?
