This liqueur is made from freshly-picked wild Elderflower blossoms that are combined with grape eau-de-vie and macerated in a secret process that extracts the maximum flavor without the usual bitterness that pressing the flowers can cause. Produced from elder flowers in North America for a liqueur that pairs with a variety of spirits (and prosecco) to liven up classic cocktails or create new ones. Almost as good as Saint-Germain and half the price. Worth trying.
