Oggy is the main character of the French animated series Oggy and the Cockroaches. Oggy is a blue cat who is always the constant victim of the cockroaches that reside in his house, causing him to spend most of his time attempting to catch them, sometimes even to the point of damaging the property in his house or even those of his neighbors', more notably Bob. Outside of this, he is lazy, finding enjoyment in watching television, eating and listening to music, but is a diplomatic and easy-natured
