Destillaré Intense Chocolat Liqueur is handcrafted from pure copper-pot-distilled American brandy that is married with Caribbean cacao nibs and honey.
For this lush, fruity, and complex liqueur, Louisville's Copper and Kings take their apple distillate and redistill with macerated pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, ginger, galangal, clove, cinnamon and mint in the pot, together with honey. Also included are sweet orange peels and lavender in the vapor basket. Additional botanical and florals are flash macerated post distillation.
