It is made of a heavy duty 4-Ply rubber. This item gives you the convenience of fixing flats without having to buy a new tire. Using a manual pump is the safer way to go. The metal/bent valves were just long enough to softly grasp with pliers to keep them above the rims while re-installing the tire. Note: Please check the size of your equipment’s existing tire/tube. If it is the right size, it should work just fine. Not for highway use. If you never changed out an inner tube like this before, use caution remounting tire as you can easily pinch the tube and cause a leak.
